Parkland City Hall is located at the Municipal Complex at 6600 University Drive, Parkland FL 33067. City Hall is located just north of the intersection Holmberg Road and University Drive. It is the first right hand turn off of University Drive. You can reach the receptionist at 954-753-5040.

Parkland's state of the art library
is located at the Municipal Complex at 6620 University Drive. Parkland residents are encouraged to contact (954) 757-4200 to obtain library cards and Parkland Homeowners Stickers ($5 each), and to register for its programs and events. Check the City's website for programs and events. The hours of operation are 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday-Thursday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday and Saturday.

Parkland Parks and Recreation offices are located within Pine Trails Park at 10561 Trails End. Summer camp, winter break, year-round, and senior programs information and applications are available by calling (954) 757-4129, calling (954) 757-4142, or by visiting the Parks and Recreation website. Pavilion registrations are available to Parkland residents only, and availability inquiries and reservations must be made by contacting the Parks and Recreation Administrative Assistant at (954) 757-4105. Field facilities reservations must be made by contacting the Parks and Recreation Director at (954) 757-4126. For information on concerts, shows, farmers' market, and other City related events, contact the Special Events Coordinator at (954) 757-4120 or by visiting the Parks and Recreation website. Certain residents' celebrations and certain events of 501c3 and other nonprofit organizations may require Special Events Permits. Special events permit inquiries and applications must be directed to the Department of Parks and Recreation.

Parkland children attend the following public schools: Riverglades, Heron Heights, and Park Trails Elementary Schools (K-5); Westglades Middle School (6-8); and Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School (9-12). In addition, there are two private schools located in the City - Mary Help of Christian and Kol Tikvah preschool.

Religious institutions located in Parkland such as Chabad of Parkland, (954) 970-7330, Congregation Kol Tikvah, (954) 346-7878, and Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, (954) 323-8012, provide religious services and education to Parkland residents as well as to neighbors within the vicinity of Parkland. Neighboring cities provide houses of worship serving numerous denominations.
